EDF Renewables North America has signed a multi-year agreement with Phoenix Wind Repower, LLC, a portfolio investment of a fund managed by the Infrastructure and Power strategy at Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES), to provide operations and maintenance (O&M) services for three wind projects located in Texas.  With this agreement, EDF Renewables’ Asset Optimization portfolio has reached over 2,300 megawatts (MW) in Texas encompassing 15 projects and six turbine manufacturers.
