This project aims to increase Qatar’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) production by 43%. It includes a major CO2 capture complex, thus leading to a reduction of more than 25% in greenhouse gas emissions compared to similar LNG infrastructures.
More than 1 km long, this John Cockerill Hamon cooling tower (112 cells) will be the largest in the world. Our Group is proud to have been selected as the partner of choice for the world’s largest LNG project and to contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions.
