John Cockerill recently got into an agreement with NOMAC, an O&M company at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park in Dubai (UAE) to collaborate for the integration of the John Cockerill thermal solar receiver and the solar field.
John Cockerill would like to thank NOMAC and Noor Energy 1 for their renewed confidence in John Cockerill’s expertise on process control and logics between those elements in the power plant. Our Group has been involved in this project since its conception and more specifically since 2018 when our teams supplied a molten salt thermal solar receiver.
John Cockerill strongly believes that concentrated solar power (CSP) is the perfect stable dispatchable renewable technology to achieve the full decarbonization of the grid. Our Group is proud to contribute to a more sustainable power generation.
