Excelerate Energy Taps Radius for Global Expansion Expertise as More Nations Turn to Natural Gas

Excelerate Energy, which operates the largest fleet of floating storage and regasification units (FSRUs) in the industry, has developed and operates floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminals for its customers in Argentina and the United Arab Emirates. These innovative terminals provide a fast-track import solution to meet the growing demand for clean-burning natural gas in each of the regions. Global growth expert Radius is helping Texas-based Excelerate establish and manage its newest overseas operations.

“Ours is a rapidly growing market and there is much demand for our services worldwide,” said Judy Drucker, senior human resources manager of Excelerate Energy. “Radius is the perfect partner for us because, like us, they can respond dynamically to the needs of changing markets, wherever in the world the next opportunity emerges.”

In the UAE and Argentina, Radius has guided Excelerate through the payroll registration process, ensuring that its payroll is compliant for year-end reporting. In addition to human resource advisory support from Radius, Excelerate is also using OverseasConnect, a software platform developed by Radius that provides global companies with a “big picture” view of operations in each country, including information about employees, payroll, finances and expenses.
