Navigating Global Potential for N-Viro Fuel

N-Viro International Corporation (OTCQB: NVIC) submits a surety bond and preparation permit to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. This general permit allows the final test fuel to be manufactured, completing this step to the domestic commercialization of N-Viro Fuel™.

The mobile N-Viro Fuel™ pilot project was installed in April 2011. Successful completion of the first trial burn at a 10% substitution was conducted on September 9 and 10, 2011. The final phase of the project starts with the award of the general permit that is expected by the end of 2014. As previously discussed on July 23, 2012, an agreement with a Pennsylvania power generation company provides revenue for the project via a one-time, non exclusive license fee for the use of the N-Viro Fuel™ technology during the final test period. The test fuel will be purchased to execute a 20% substitution of the commercial energy heating value required by the electric producer.

The Company has successfully demonstrated the N-Viro process technology provides a simple, robust and scalable solution to disposal of waste byproducts. The expected issuance of this operating permit along with the USEPA determination received earlier this year offers the Company the tools to move forward and aggressively leverage the opportunity.
