GameChange Solar Secures 148 MW Solar Project in Colombia

GameChange Solar, a leading global supplier of solar tracking solutions for ground-mounted PV plants, today announced a new order for a 148 MW solar project in Colombia, further strengthening its presence in the rapidly growing Colombian renewable energy market. The project will feature 101 MW of the Genius Tracker™ 1P system and 47 MW of the MaxSpan™ fixed-tilt system, showcasing the company’s versatile and advanced solar solutions.

Since 2022, GameChange Solar has maintained robust local project management and engineering support in Colombia, a key factor in its continued success in the region. Colombia has set an ambitious target of achieving 6 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2026 and has recently surpassed 1 GW in photovoltaic (PV) capacity. GameChange Solar’s involvement in this 148 MW project plays a crucial part in advancing the country’s clean energy future.
