Krewe Energy Acquires West Little Lake Field

Krewe Energy, LLC, a privately held oil and gas company based in Covington, Louisiana, announced today that it recently completed an acquisition with Hilcorp Energy for its West Little Lake Field.

The West Little Lake Field is located adjacent to Krewe’s currently operated Little Lake Field in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. The transaction will provide operational synergies in one of Krewe’s core asset areas of South Louisiana.

The acquisition has increased Krewe’s lease position in the Little Lake Field area to approximately 2,200 acres. The West Little Lake Field provides an immediate production increase, along with upside opportunities that are economic in today’s current price environment.

Krewe owns and operates 100% working interest in the majority of its existing assets, and continues to aggressively identify and pursue additional opportunities around its current operational footprint.
