Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. to Acquire Jure Roofing Corp.

Solar Integrated Roofing's CEO David Massey has added Jure Roofing to the Company's long list of targeted acquisitions. With expanded sales and marketing management believes the company will grow 100 - 200% in 2016. Jure Roofing has become a well-recognized name in the Inland Empire for over 70 years with a database of over 20,000 customers. This acquisition will be a share exchange making Jure Roofing a subsidiary of Solar Integrated Roofing Corp.
