Arise AB: Agreement Signed for Sale of Ryssbol Wind Farm 12 MW

An agreement has been signed with KumBro Vind AB for the sale of the Ryssbol wind farm. The wind farm consists of six wind turbines with a combined output of 12 MW. The parties have also concluded a management agreement under which Arise will manage and monitor the operation of the facility on behalf of KumBro. The deal is contingent on approval from the owners of KumBro Vind AB (Örebro and Kumla local authorities).

Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2015 with commissioning and handover after about 12 months later.

Under the agreement, Arise will build and deliver a complete turnkey wind farm to KumBro Vind AB.
