In Florida, Alliance Bioenergy says it would be willing to come in and take over the closed INEOS plant and adapt its patented technology to the facility and get it back online quickly if the yard waste contract comes along with the deal. The company submitted an offer last week to Arbor Bank who currently controls the property but if the process drags on until spring, Alliance could lose the opportunity to bid for a renewal of the yard waste contract that will open likely in mid-February. The current contract expires in March.
